Nuestros planos se venden como están ya elaborados; el cliente será responsable de contactar a un profesional de la construcción (Arquitecto o Ingeniero) si tuviera o deseara hacer modificaciones o cambios al diseño y los planos de las casas o proyectos. El Croquis no se hace responsable de ningún aspecto relacionado directa o indirectamente con la construcción de estas casas o proyectos. Cada set de planos es entregado en un CD en formato digital PDF tamaño 24” x 36” vía servicio postal. Costo por envío es: $4.99 por cada CD. Debido a que usted recibirá archivos digitales, no se aceptaran devoluciones. Si su paquete se pierde debido al servicio postal, se le enviara de nuevo el mismo paquete sin costo adicional.
Al comprar nuestros planos el cliente acepta todas las condiciones descritas anteriormente.

All plans will be shipped on a CD (PDF digital format) and printed on bond paper standard size 24” x 36” by USPS Shipping Service.
The house plans NOT includes site plan and all the documents required by the county and government agencies. The client will be responsible to contact a construction professional (Architect or Engineer) to comply with those requirements. We are not responsible for any aspect related directly or indirectly with the construction of this Houses or Projects. Our plans will be sold as the way they were elaborated; the client will be responsible to contact a construction professional (Architect or Engineer) if they have to or decide to make changes on the houses or projects design and plans.
Because of the fact that you will receive digital files, all sales will be final. Returns or Refunds will not be accepted. Shipping rates includes insurance to cover damages or item lost during shipping. If your item is lost or damaged during the shipping process; we will send you the same item with no additional cost.
When the client buy any of our plans the client accept all of the terms described above. |
